ISS A/S is creating it's new Hub at Warsaw. Join this global project as a PMO Lead and drive governance, planning, follow-up and performance reporting for large multidisciplinary global IT projects in dialogue with Programmes Managers, Programme SteerCo’s and the receiving organisations.
We are looking for a highly performing project professional that successfully manages business transformations across a multicultural organisational through excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management.
What is more, you will be responsible for:
• Ensure that the project applies the ISS PMO minimum standards, governance, and principles in an efficient manner
• Safeguard that the projects are delivered in a standardized, efficient and repeatable manner driving solid predictable
benefit realization
• Facilitate fast yet founded decision-making as a result of data, consistent follow-up and decision/action documentation
• Enhance transparency and one source of project truth to the overall programme progress
• Support effective programme communication and organisational readiness across platforms and stakeholders
• Drive the planning and tracking of cost, time and resources supporting the business case and projected benefits
• Building an effective governance and reporting structure across the programme
• Drive decision making to ensure that a the programme can proceed at high speed
• Coordinate the programme timeline and deliverables with other programmes
• Plan the various project phases well in advance of the programme needs and challenges ahead
In order to do so, you will be cooperating with:
• Head of Portfolio Management
• Programme Owner and Programme Sponsor
• Country IT Organisation
• Steering Committee
• External partners and suppliers
You ideal experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience as Programme Manager or PMO in an international
environment driving IT business transformation across multiple countries
• Experienced change agent and manager
• Experienced with programme & project management methodology and tools
• Experience with navigating complex issues
• Strong presentation skills, influencing and facilitation skills and the ability to work,
interact and navigate among senior and multiple stakeholders
• PRINCE 2, Agile, ITIL certifications are a plus
