For our Client, an international manufacturing company in Masovian District we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Plant Financial Controller.
As a Plant Financial Controller you will be responsible for financial control of the factory, accounting period close and compliance process for supply segment as well as managing financial planning processes. Your scope of duties will include also period close and financial results reporting (e.g. monitoring local financial operations and supply finance activities, budget spends reporting and comparison to plan/target), regular recommendation how to improve and support the positive results, managing factory P&L with analysis and recommendation for improvement of profitability, cost control from efficiency and affordability perspective, especially establishing strong basis for cost accounting and product line profitability analyses, fixed assets budgeting and control (e.g. financial approvals and fixed assets projects appraisals, control of all fixed assets, accounting (e.g. accounting compliance, period close process, supporting audit process with all the relevant requirements). You will also support business case for new products development.
Expectations towards Candidates are at least 3 years’ experience at similar finance position in international and dynamic manufacturing company, Master Degree in Finance or related and fluent Polish and English (C1 level as a minimum). Your previous experience in an audit company will be considered a plus. You need to present high technical skills, including advanced MS Excel and familiarity with SAP and BW. It is necessary for you to present excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to develop long lasting relationships with key stakeholders. If you are able to understand the business (products, processes) and their key drivers of success (e.g. what the business costs are), this position is for you! We need you to demonstrate ability to work in team as well as independently, to be a self-starter, focused on achieving goals, well-organised, engaged and determined.
