Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support with a demonstrated ability to proactively improve procedures and meet deadlines;
• Responsible for scheduling meetings and ensuring timely distribution of meeting materials;
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events;
• Review outgoing materials and department communications for accuracy and appropriate format;
• Manage incoming calendar requests, proactively address scheduling conflicts and prioritize meetings;
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries;
• Support ad-hoc projects and special assignments as assigned
Requirements:
• Native or C1 English language;
• Previous experience in administration nice to have;
• Strong communication and networking skills;
• Highly energetic, innovative and proactive individual
