For our Client, an international company located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates for the position of People Services Advisor with Dutch.
People Services Advisor with Dutch
On this position you will be responsible for Executing the administrative activities related to employee life cycle changes, creating employment contracts, letters and memos according to business requests, updating the employee records and keeping all relevant systems, supporting Contact Center to resolve cases and queries and referring complex cases to the proper teams.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in HR department. Also with proper expertise knowledge in HR related issues and ability to interpret and apply the HR procedures. Experience in SSC or BPO structure would be an asset. Fluent Dutch and very good English is required. The ideal candidate should present strong organizational skills, time-management skills, set priorities, ability of working under time pressure.
