Our Client is a well-known Scandinavian Company with very stable position on the market (based in Warsaw). Due to growth of SSC’s structure, we are looking for Candidates who are strongly interested in HR area, for the position:
Payroll Specialist with English languageMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Performs all payroll duties including processing, validating payroll data prior to submitting to the payroll provider, review and audit of reports and payslips
To liaise with pension providers on pension matters
Cooperation with Medical/Insurance/Benefits institutions
Implementing all the payroll specific activities into system according to the legal provisions in Poland, according to company’s standards and payroll policies, benefits and procedures
Reporting to Tax Office, Social Insurance Institution, National Disabled Persons Rehabilitation Found and Central Statistical Office statements preparation
Requirements:
Very good level of English (min. B2)
3 years of experience on a similar position (SSC/BPO structure will be an advantage)
A detailed knowledge of payroll and social insurance in Poland including dealing with non-residents
Knowledge of payroll / social insurance compliance system in another jurisdiction
Work experience in Płatnik and ENOVA system
Very good Excel skills
