For our client we are looking for experienced candidates in Payroll processes. Successful candidate will join the team which is responsible for EMEA region (50 countries), which gives the opportunity to get exposed to an international scope and provides with lots of possibilities for personal growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing payroll data to external payroll provider and review of their calculations to ensure proper taxation and filing of all payroll relevant data according to local tax and social security regulations
  • Building close working relationship with the Total Rewards team, HR Strategic Business Partners, in-country payroll vendors and other strategic partners
  • HR data entry to  HR systems and other sources e.g. new hire’s data, promotions, terminations, Time and Attendance, etc.
  • Response to payroll queries from HR/employees/external auditors/vendor

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in an international payroll
  • Fluent English language, additional foreign language will be a huge advantage
  • Good understanding of an international labor law (payroll taxes and social security regulations)
