For one of our Clients an international company from banking industry we are looking for a Candidate for the position of Payroll Associate.
Payroll Associate will be a part of international Compensation Accounting Team providing high quality of reporting and analysis of payrolls. The scope of duties contains preparation, analysis and submission of a number of international payrolls, liaising with external providers, leading and facilitating reporting to local authorities. Also, you will take full ownership and you became the subject of matter expert for entire regional payrolls.
We are seeking for the Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in preparation of payrolls under Polish rules. Fluent Polish and English is a must as well as strong analytical skills and good understanding of Polish tax and social security requirements. Social skills are also desirable as well as an openness and easiness in communicating with people.
