For one of our Clients – global healthcare company, we are currently looking for a Candidate that will fill the position of:

Payroll & Benefits Operations Specialist with French

The Payroll & Benefits Operations Specialist with French role is to provide professional payroll and benefits services to Line of Business in EMEA by coordination of pre-payroll and payroll processes while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll and remuneration to employees in smaller or in cooperation with senior team members.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the pre-payroll, payroll and post-payroll processes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Take proper corrective actions in case of any interruption in the process flow
  • Gathering of payroll input data from HR systems and other sources (promotions, terminations, new hire’s data, time & attendance, etc)
  • Coordinate on-cycle and off-cycle payroll processing in accordance with agreed timeliness
  • Check of data and filing of all payroll relevant data according to local tax and social security regulations
  • Review of payroll vendor’s calculations to ensure proper taxation and compliance with labour and payroll legislation
  • Reconcile payroll results with payment data
  • Respond to payroll queries escalated from HR and/or employees
  • Provide administration of local benefits
  • Optimise payroll operational processes and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Local P&O, Finance, AskHR EMEA and GBS P&O to ensure a smooth process flow and good experience for the customer
  • Works on special assignments or projects based on country specific needs

  Employer requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within the area of payroll
  • Fluent in written and spoken Polish, English and French
  • Preferably experience from working in a shared service centre incl. experience with payroll systems and providers
  • Preferably experience from working with different EMEA countries having knowledge about regulations, practices and cultures across EMEA
  • Accuracy and attention to details, customer mindset and solid business understanding
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with high-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Focus on operational excellence and delivering on KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills to drive process standardisation, optimisation and continuous improvements
  • Ability to effectively use different HR/payroll systems and tools
  • Strong communication and change management capabilities
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial and works independently with a can-do attitude
