For our Client, a global company with well-known worldwide brand, we are looking a Candidate for the position of P2P Specialist / Procurement Specialist located in Warsaw.
The Candidate will be responsible for operational support to the users within organization (including verification and approving Purchase Requests) and usage validation of buying channels, catalogues and suppliers. He or She will also ensure contract collection, support e-catalogue creation and development and be responsible for necessary buying instructions.
We are looking for Candidates with at least two years of experience in international tactical/ operational purchasing role. Good knowledge of P2P processes, especially in indirect categories (preferably gained in big international companies) will be valuable asset to the company. To succeed in this role you will need excellent negotiation and analytical skills, good knowledge of eBuy/ Ariba and SAP systems and fluent command of English.
