Job for fluent French speaker
For our client, an American company, located in the center of Warsaw.
Within this position you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, the person in this position will be responsible for processing orders, entering them into the SAP system until the invoice is issued.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English and French. Previous experience in customer service will be an asset. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Knowledge of the SAP system is not required, but it will be an advantage.
