For our Client, a global automotive company, who has established a Global Business Center in Krakow few years ago and provide complex business services, we are looking for a Collection Specialist who will join Order to Cash team.
On this position you will be responsible for:

On this position you will be responsible for:
- Perform all aspects of collections regarding German Customers Portfolio (resolve customer financial queries, manage overdue payments through Collections Workflow, receive and resolve discrepancies, prepare and dispatch dunning letters, month end processing and reporting requirements)
- Prepare required reports on time (past due, forecast, etc.)
- Ensure Key Metric’s are met and service is delivered
- Provide required information and documentation for internal and external audit
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Experience in handling OtC activities for at least 1,5 year, preferably in SSC/BPO company
- Very good English and German skills (min. B2 level)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Analytical skills, focused on details
- Proactive individual, customer oriented and with intercultural competence
