On behalf of my Client, an international company that develops its business in Warsaw, we are currently looking for the Order Management Specialist with Polish and Spanish.
On this position you will be responsible for daily communication with customers, sales managers, logistics and mill production planning. Moreover, you will be receiving, processing and confirming orders, planning deliveries, follow-up of stocks and processing sample requests. As an Order Management Specialist you will be monitoring customer sales plan, quota, credit limits, overdue payments, and taking action when needed. You will be also responsible for invoicing, crediting and maintaining customer related system data and price agreements.
We are seeking candidates who have proven experience in customer service or sales with fluency in both verbal and written Polish and Spanish. Good knowledge of English is also useful on this position. We value good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to perform under pressure and handle several tasks simultaneously with high quality. Knowledge of IT-tools used in customer service (MS Office, Fenix, SAP R/3 sales receivables) will be considered as an advantage.
