Order Management Specialist with Hungarian
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaFor our Client from the energy sector, we are looking for an Order Management Specialist with Hungarian. The person joining the team will be responsible for supporting logistical operations on the Hungarian market. The role focuses on efficient order management, transport planning, and close cooperation with the international team.
Work location: Żoliborz, Warsaw (hybrid work).
Opis zadań
Comprehensive order management and monitoring order status in the system
Planning delivery schedules and coordinating drivers' work
Ongoing contact with customers and supporting internal departments
Preparing necessary operational documentation and reporting results
Process optimization to ensure timely deliveries
Wymagania
Fluency in Hungarian (C2 or Native level) and communicative English
Experience in logistics, distribution, or planning (approx. 1-2 years)
University degree (Business or Logistics preferred)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of ERP or TMS software
Assets
Proficiency in Polish or Romanian
