Your new role
Order Management Specialistwill be responsible for providing direct customer service to a business Client in terms of orders processing and logistic activities in SAP.Daily activities will include: processing orders, coordinating deliveries, cooperating with warehouses, sales department and suppliers, updating systems, proposing process optimisations and new solutions, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with very good knowledge of German and English who are familiar with SAP system.Previous experience in the area of customer service, order management or logistic will be an asset. The ideal candidate will present customer focus and result-oriented attitude and a highly developed communication skills.
