On behalf of our Client, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate companies providing a variety of property services, we are currently looking for an experienced Operations Senior Managerto join their Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.
In this role you will take a lead in coordinating day to day operations support to Company’s centralised platform for global services in Poland employing over 100 FTEs and you will be directly managing the Technology, Reporting and Office Support team.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Monitoring facility captivity and securing space for company’s growth
·Managing software and hardware equipment and IT support
·Ownership and accountability for admin budgets, control over company phones and company cars
·Taking part in choosing the best suppliers and building good relations with them
·Preparing reports, statistics and presentations
·Support for SSC Director
To be successful in this role you will have background in outsourcing servicesand experience in running an officecoupled with people and project management skills. You should be able to recognise issues, opportunities and take appropriate actions to resolve them (Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery). Expert usage of MS Office, Visio and fluency in Polish & English is a must.
