Our client is a top-notch international company listed on the London Stock Exchange. The organization is currently looking for an experienced Manager who will lead a team responsible for payroll and administration services for the region of Central Europe. It is an exciting new position playing a key role in the development of the Global model structure.
Responsibilities involve:
Managing, developing and leading an international team through Team Leaders, providing HR services for internal clients using phone and email support model
Effectively communicating new information and changes to the team regarding the products, projects, procedures, customer needs, etc
Ensuring and supporting the implementation of the company’s vision and strategy through the management of the team’s performance, headcount, budget parameters, etc
Managing relationships with key stakeholders and Business Leaders as well as the flow of information between the HR services team and other functions
Driving a high performance culture across the team through the development of team members and their objectives
The candidate requirements include:
Customer focused manager with experience of leading teams operating in various locations and providing service to geographically dispersed customers
Experience in HR or/and Customer Service function
Fluent Polish and English skills is a must, fluent German language skills will be an advantage
Excellent communicating, influencing and networking skills combined with a desire to continually improve
It is a permanent work position with a 3-month probation period. The company offers great opportunities for growth.
