One of the world’s largest and fastest-growing oilfield service companies is developing and expanding its operations in Warsaw, Poland.
Due to this expansion the company is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to conduct all operational and business aspects of the Drilling product lines throughout Central Europe.
You will work with relevant business development functions to identify potential opportunities for expansion and additional revenue generation and with the country/operations managers to implement the service. You will also be required to manage, control and execute job planning of Drilling operations through Supervisors in-line with company and client policies, statutory regulations and good industry practice.
It is essential that you have an in-depth knowledge of Drilling products, previous experience at a management level, a degree in an engineering discipline and good communication skills. Polish mining authorities highest supervision level (KRZ)would be advantageous. Experience in drilling or completion is an asset.
Overseas travel may be required so you must be willing to travel and hold a full driver’s licence.
It is essential that you are able to speak fluent English; therefore, applications to this position must be made in English.
