On behalf of our Client, a fast growing operation centre in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidate for the position of Operations Analyst with French.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for placing subscription and redemption orders, repairing them (defects & rejects), settling the orders with foreign counterparties and on our clients’ accounts and validate manual orders treatment and investigating and regularising cash & securities discrepancies. Your duties will include preparing Corporate Action documents, performing financial controls, managing and tracking securities transfers, as well as ensuring the business continuity. Furthermore, you will be applying standard rules, exchanging information in relation to the activity and participating in the development of new projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a previous experience in SSC environment (accounting, finance or operations) and fluent knowledge of English and French language. You should also hold a higher education degree and be a proactive person, who pays attention to details and is willing to learn and develop within the organization.
