For our client, a well-known company in the retail industry, we are looking for a person for the position of Online Trade and Promotion Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of specialists and managers – overseeing daily operations, motivating the team, and supporting their professional growth,
  • Setting budgetary targets for the team and ensuring their consistent execution and accountability,
  • Tracking and evaluating the performance of digital activities and campaigns,
  • Coordinating major promotional initiatives in close collaboration with key business partners,
  • Monitoring online performance indicators and working cross-functionally with internal departments to meet sales objectives,
  • Taking ownership of the planning and implementation of the promotional calendar,
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic partners in the digital space,
  • Sharing expert knowledge in digital marketing and supporting knowledge transfer across the organization.

 

Online Promotion Responsibilities:
  • Cooperating with internal departments to ensure consistency in all promotional efforts,
  • Managing collaboration with external partners such as advertising and marketing agencies,
  • Co-developing and implementing online promotion strategies,
  • Executing campaigns in line with digital marketing plans,
  • Overseeing the promotional budget and ensuring its optimal allocation,
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of online activities and interpreting customer data,
  • Planning, executing, and continuously improving online advertising campaigns.

 

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
  • Higher education, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or business-related fields,
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies,
  • Proven success in trade marketing,
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and employee development,
  • Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to manage business relationships,
  • Excellent communication abilities and ease in establishing professional connections.
