Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of specialists and managers – overseeing daily operations, motivating the team, and supporting their professional growth,
- Setting budgetary targets for the team and ensuring their consistent execution and accountability,
- Tracking and evaluating the performance of digital activities and campaigns,
- Coordinating major promotional initiatives in close collaboration with key business partners,
- Monitoring online performance indicators and working cross-functionally with internal departments to meet sales objectives,
- Taking ownership of the planning and implementation of the promotional calendar,
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with strategic partners in the digital space,
- Sharing expert knowledge in digital marketing and supporting knowledge transfer across the organization.
Online Promotion Responsibilities:
- Cooperating with internal departments to ensure consistency in all promotional efforts,
- Managing collaboration with external partners such as advertising and marketing agencies,
- Co-developing and implementing online promotion strategies,
- Executing campaigns in line with digital marketing plans,
- Overseeing the promotional budget and ensuring its optimal allocation,
- Analyzing the effectiveness of online activities and interpreting customer data,
- Planning, executing, and continuously improving online advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
- Higher education, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or business-related fields,
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies,
- Proven success in trade marketing,
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and employee development,
- Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to manage business relationships,
- Excellent communication abilities and ease in establishing professional connections.
