Office Assistant / Administrative Coordinator (m/f)

Twoje zadania
  • support Managers in administrative tasks: conference rooms callendar, events administration support,
  • correspondence flow-scanning, sending documents,
  • ordering office/IT equipment,
  • support Managers in onboarding (administration support: Intro plan, card administration, receiving HR documents and sending to Warsaw office),
  • travel and expense related inquiries: basic credit cards info, ordering transport,
  • office point of contact tasks,
  • general support to all areas,
  • internal communication platforms,
  • support in company cars administration,
  • add hock tasks.

Twoje kwalifikacje
  • experience on a similar position – at least 1 year,
  • experience cooperation with many stakeholders,
  • good English, both written and spoken,
  • good knowledge Microsoft Office,
  • team player,
  • paying attention to details,
  • well organised,
  • good communication skills, proactivity,
  • positive can-do attitude.
