Twoje zadania
- support Managers in administrative tasks: conference rooms callendar, events administration support,
- correspondence flow-scanning, sending documents,
- ordering office/IT equipment,
- support Managers in onboarding (administration support: Intro plan, card administration, receiving HR documents and sending to Warsaw office),
- travel and expense related inquiries: basic credit cards info, ordering transport,
- office point of contact tasks,
- general support to all areas,
- internal communication platforms,
- support in company cars administration,
- add hock tasks.
Twoje kwalifikacje
- experience on a similar position – at least 1 year,
- experience cooperation with many stakeholders,
- good English, both written and spoken,
- good knowledge Microsoft Office,
- team player,
- paying attention to details,
- well organised,
- good communication skills, proactivity,
- positive can-do attitude.
Location: Gdańsk, Leona Droszyńskiego.
