O2C Cash Application Specialist

Lokalizacja: Warsaw

For our Client, new company on the market in SSC sector, we are looking for specialist for positions of O2C Cash Application Specialist 

Responsibilities: 

• Actively manage cash applications ensuring all types of payments are applied to customer accounts accordingly (checks, ACH, wire, credit card, boleto, riba etc.)
• Manage and monitor the Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) interface and ensure cash receipts are auto-applied against customer accounts
• Effectively review and troubleshoot unapplied payments in order to resolve and apply against customer accounts
• Manage, post credit/debit notes and prepare customer refunds
• Effectively perform customer accounts reconciliation on a regular basis and identify/resolve open items
• Support the overall O2C Cash Application team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members
• Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for O2C cash application queries
• Support global/regional O2C projects and SAP S4/HANA implementation

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in Cash Application/AR functions and experience in identifying and delivering process change
• Knowledge SAP FI modules
• Degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
• Participation in process transition will be an asset
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
