Your new company
For an international start-up that offers suited recruitment platform for IT sector, we are currently looking for a New Business Development Representative with fluent English.
Role is based in Warsaw.
Your new role
Will be focused on developing business relationships with Recruiters, CTOs, Hiring Managers and promoting your company’s software & services in their own organizations. You will be focused on generating leads and present company’s solutions. Your daily actions will include initiating sales activities (calls, e-mails, etc.) to proactively maintain and develop the portfolio of prospects, match clients’ needs with presented solutions and maximize all sales opportunities to achieve individual targets.
What you’ll need to succeed
You are very enthusiastic and into new technologies person who has a high level of integrity. You would like to gain experience in international B2B environment and you speak English fluently. You are willing to gain experience in sales and account management. To fit the team, you need to be self-driven and a team player.
What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a full-time job contract or B2B contract with a competitive salary within the range of 5000 – 5500 PLN gross (depending on your experience) and bonuses. You will get the budget for an equipment needed for work and decide what to buy. Your position will be based in Warsaw, you can work in flexible hours also at home office. You will get 6000 PLN budget to spent on your personal development. You will get a bonus pack with healthcare and sport card. And last but not least, you will get a chance to work for a fast-paced tech company, who has the ambition to change the recruitment practices of IT companies around the world.
