Main responsibilitieson this position will be stream managing and providing lead engineering skills throughout all phases (requirements gathering, design, procurement, implementation and hand-over to operations) of a given project while complying with Client’s standard engineering practices and project management processes.
This person will be working closely with clients to make sure that the projects are successfully delivered.
This position will require providing mentoring to less experienced Voice/Network Engineers.
One of the main responsibily will be providing occasional third level support and working closely with the Voice & Network Operations teams to resolve complex Network issues and articipating in Architecture strategy activities.
This person will be responsiblr for cordinating and managing integration partners for physical commissioning and general installation of equipment as well as fully complying to all security policies, engineering standards, project management and purchasing processes.
Person on this position will report to Team Leader.


Required Skills:
Candidate should have experience in a voice & Network design in an engineering role with responsibility for delivering complex voice and network solutions.
Client requires detailed knowledged of PABXs, IPT, VOIP, NICE Recording systems and understanding of WAN technologies such as ATM and Frame-Relay and Cisco LAN technologies such as Gigabit and Fast Ethernet as well as detailed knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and other common network protocols.
Candidate should have deep knowledge of core Cisco products including the current range of high-end routers and switching platforms typically 65xx multilayer switches and thorough knowledge of QoS, Voice over IP and IP Telephony using Avaya and/or Cisco.
We are looking for a Candidate with proven design skills with a thorough understanding of voice and network systems architectures and good working knowledge of multicast routing protocols (PIM, MSDP, IGMP), with X.25/XOT, SNA, Dense Wave Division Multiplexing, DLSW, ATM-LANE, IPX and understanding of fire wall technologies.
Product architecture design certification or equivalent in either Avaya or Cisco voice or Cisco network systems is nice to have.
