For Our Client, international service provider, due to company growth, currently we are looking for Master Data Manager with German.
The person will be responsible for direct supervision of Master Data team responsible for timely and accurate Service Delivery of Master Data processes. He/ She will be measuring and evaluating operational effectiveness, including productivity and quality. Moreover, this person will ensure timely resolution of any escalations raised by Client sites and that service levels meet the requirements of all established SLAs and KPIs.
Additionally, the selected Candidate will be conducting regular meetings with Client to ensure service is being delivered according to their expectations, ensuring that Master Data process and Standard Operating Procedures are in place and all changes are reflected up to date, identifies opportunities for Master Data process or systems improvements, continuous improvement-oriented approach.
We are looking for Candidates with proactive approach in issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practice. All you need is professional experience in Master Data field in BPO / SSC environment and at least 2-3 years of experience in people management. Fluent English and German is a must.
