Key tasks:
- Designing and implementation of marketing budget.
- Managing marketing budget as well as events organized in Poland.
- Managing brand image with particular emphasis on network type (multi - locations outlets).
- Marketing coordination of special projects implemented within network.
- Current monitoring of the local and international market, competition activities analysis, initiating and implementing of changes improving marketing and sales efficiency.
- Leading all marketing and PR company activities in Poland.
- Maintaining and developing relationships, and negotiating terms of cooperation with external partners and advertising agencies.
- Monitoring of implemented processes and optimizing current activity indicators.
- Team management - 8 people across Poland.
Skills required:
- Strong & innovative Marketing skills. Propose concrete and viable solutions to the business needs.
- Good consumer Insights with ability to use data to drive business initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, able to manage and motivate others to go an extra mile.
- Ability to multitask within a large and complex environment without losing sight of key priorities.
- Bring ideas & suggestions with a strong "can-do" attitude & strong working ethics.
- Can deal & manage with media and PR agencies and other business partners for the best interest of the company.
Additional information:
- Location: this position is based in Warsaw.
- Reporting line: within the organizational structure, the Marketing director reports to VP international Marketing.
- Team - 8 people.
