
Our Client, an international building materials company, is looking for an experienced Marketing Profesionnal for the new position of:
Marketing Communication ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Your responsibilities:
- Define the required skills, set the job description, and recruit the team needed for a progressive ramp-up of this internal agency over the next two years
- Play an active role in the definition of the new working methodologies for the creation of Communication content (mainly linked to new product launches & Segment communication campaigns) with both the Headquarter and the local countries – Action led by a Central PMO in charge to support the Warsaw entity
- Set up an internal communication agency in Warsaw to serve the needs of the Marketing departments at both Headquarter and country levels for the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Division
- Define and set the right tools & resources to support the deployment of the new working methodologies in Communication (acquisition & creation of visuals, shared platforms for translation, planning management, etc.)
- Manage a team of people and create a direct link with key “internal clients” to drive continuous improvement in working flows & methodologies to constantly improve quality & efficiency
- Ensure the right level of interaction is in place between Agency and other internal stakeholders and act as a prioritization leader when planning Communication requests that need to be optimized.
- Control the quality of the Communication outcomes to ensure the quality requested by the internal stakeholders is met
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing & Communication within an international environment in Consumer Goods company (preferably DIY, FMCG or Retail)
- Strong project management skills with experience in building/adjusting business models, departments, or organization structure
- Results orientation, with a demonstrated capacity to set continuous improvement approaches
- Fluent in Polish and English
- High leadership and change management skills
