For one of our big clients in Krakow with international presence, we are looking for a Marketing Analystto join the European Marketing Operations Team.
The goal of that role is to provide analytical support for marketing teams in Central Eastern and Western Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and report country units’ business performance, market and sales trends, customer segment development etc.
- Developing and managing reporting of KPI’s to provide metrics that are to be used to feedback into analysis and tools to influence country business decisions
- Delivering insight through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions
- Responsible for working with all levels of management in a reporting and analytics role to explain business performance including risks and opportunities
- Developing a profound understanding of our customer base in support of delivering more effective marketing activities
- Building target audiences for the go-to-market activities based on the company strategy
- Analyzing marketing campaigns results and support post-campaign evaluation for future improvements
- Participate in preparation of the annual business plan
The right Marketing Analyst will have the following profile:
- Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
- 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis with a focus in marketing analysis or database marketing
- Curious, always eager to understand business trends better, likes to investigate business problems and trends
- Advanced in MS Excel, Access, Power Point (preparation and presentation)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Working experience in database analysis
- Ability to work independently with remote stakeholders
- TIBCO Spotfire experience is an advantage
