You will join our Client an international, globally well-known company from the facilities management industry, that is building the new global technology center team in Poland, Warsaw.
Your new role
Software Testers define tests and execute them based on defined methods and provide feedback. They ensure that the developed software meets the criteria. The tester checks the digital product for programming errors or problems. This is a role based within the Digital Components team with responsibility to deliver on the digitalization strategy, plan and activities within Global ITDS.

Your new role

The tester checks the digital product for programming errors or problems. Key responsibilities:
- Shaping the quality approach within the Scrum team
- Planning, developing and executing test cases
- Optimizing test methodologies, test processes and test infrastructure
- Creating and distributing release notes (text, feature casts, webinars etc.)
- Conceptualising, implementing and enhancing deployment cycles and release processes
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in software programming
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics or related disciplines
- Strong agile mindset and proven track record in software development initiatives in high performance teams
- Analytical skills and interest in solving complex business challenges
- Good relationship building and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of application lifecycle
- Creativity with meticulous attention to detail, excellent analytical and coding skills
- Experience with complex, global, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English
