Your next role
•Developing test cases for embedded software and devices (Digital TV area).
•Conducting integration, functional, system and regression tests.
•Executing test scenarios and reporting bugs.
•Preparing test documentation (Test Cases, Test Reports, etc).
•Cooperation with software developers regarding design approaches and modifications.
•Conducting onsite testing in customer premises (occasional travelling abroad).
•Investigating and developing test environment.
What you'll need tosucceed
•At least 1 year of experience in manual software testing.
•Good understanding of core software development processes and principles, as well astesting standards, methods and processes.
•University degree in a Computer Science/Information Technology related discipline.
•Ability to read and interpret documents such as functional and technical specifications in English.
•Good spoken and written English.
•Willingness to take initiative and responsibility.
•Good organisation of work, attention to details.
Nice to have:
•ISTQB Foundation Certificate
•Knowledge of Digital Television aspects (DVB, PSI/SI, OTT, IPTV).
•Experience in Android embedded devices testing.
•Experience of OCR based test automation tools.
•Knowledge of one of programming languages: Java or Python.
