Responsibilities:
• Ensuring that client accounts deliver the contracted service – meeting all performance targets and delivering the required profitability whilst ensuring compliance with all procedures
• Integrating new client accounts into the business in accordance with the overall business plan
• Managing and developing staff
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for growing client accounts
• Identifying and implementing best practice on accounts
Requirements:
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• At least 8 years of work experience
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role
• A background in Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Law, Finance & Accounting and or Auditing
• Working with geographically dispersed teams (EMEA and Global)
• Operational management experience
• Experience of working in a regulatory environment
• Experience working with a customer service focus
