For our Client, leading international management consulting company, we are looking for Candidates to hold the position of Manager Assistant with German and English
In this role you will work with Managers providing them administrative support. You will be in charge of calendar and travel management, organizing meetings, conferences and workshops, processing time and expense submissions. You will be also responsible for supporting leaders with their non-consulting internal assignments. As a Manager Assistant you will have a chance to build and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts.
Due to the international business activities of our Client the Manager Assistant will work remotely in order to support Leaders from different countries.
We are looking for Candidates with both fluent English and German who have min. 1 year of experience working in supporting Management. Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes are essential. Desirable Candidate should have perfect organization and time management skills. Previous experience in providing support to multiple leaders would be an additional asset.
