Major Responsiblities:
- Analysis of the Financial Sector, its products and customers
- Designing new business models to enable growth of Financial Institutions
- Defining strategic vision, discuss recommendations and create new solutions
- Identifying business needs and new opportunities for future growth; or
- Advising clients on new technologies, operating models and optimization processes
- Defining and discussing recommendations, creating new solutions in back-office operations
- Identifying business needs in technology and back-office operations
- Testing and implementing specific software, technology solutions to improve organization agility
Key Requirements:
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, as well as Client and Team orientation
- Very good knowledge of the Financial Sector, the latest advancements in technology, strategy, and management to develop new solutions and approaches
- Experience in Business or Strategy Consulting in the Financial Sector, including some of the following areas: Business strategy, business models, Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management, Channel Management, Digital Strategy; or
- Understanding of back-office processes and operations, technology imperatives and challenges in financial sector and experience in Technology Consulting in thefollowing areas: Digital banking, Online banking, Mobile Payment, Cards Payment, Credit Process Management, Banking systems implementation, Branch optimization, etc
