For one of our Clients, a growing Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST.
MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING SPECIALISTwill be responsible for recognising project revenue in accordance with the Group accounting policies and international accounting standards, standardising process across different legal entities, ensuring that the internal control processes are sufficient to allow Revenue Recognition to be correctly recorded, introducing process improvements with the use both spreadsheets and BI Tools, supporting the external audit for all Revenue Recognition related areas, investigating and reporting on significant variances on the monthly reporting package, as well as performing other independent accounting reconciliations and investigations, all this while building and maintaining excellent relationships with various stakeholders.
We are looking for Candidates with an Academic Degree in Finance or related area, who have approximately 3 – 5 years of relevant experience,gained preferably in SSCenvironment. Fluency in Englishis mandatory, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Office Exceland experience working with a large ERPsystem. Knowledge of accounting rules(deferred cost, accrued income) is also essential. VBA skills, experience in process transition, or familiarity with Lean Six Sigma will be considered advantageous.
