Our Client is an international production company, global leader in packaging market. Currently we are looking for Logistics Service Center Manager for them. Place of work – Central Poland.
Logistics Service Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring resources are scheduled to meet internal and external customer service for on time and in full delivery. You will closely co-operate with logistics sourcing, logistics service providers and local business to create visibility and improve logistics costs and service level. It will be your responsibility to manage the team to exceed customers’ expectations and achieve the best efficiency of logistics and warehouse operations. You will develop the dispatching process, tools, and competences, and implement improvements according to company and market best practice.
Ideal candidate should have leading dispatching operations and managing teams in international environment. We need an experienced manager with working knowledge of warehousing operations and about logistics processes for land and sea transport. Alongside this you need to have experience with negotiations with customer and/or suppliers, ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of skilled employees in global environment. MS Office, SAP, Fenix systems knowledge preferred and English is a must.
