Lead Power BI Developer
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our Clients we are currently looking for Lead Power BI Developer who will be responsible for:
- Being specialist technical resource who is an expert in PowerBI development and has strong knowledge of PowerBI administration
- Acting as an expert resource who helps empower business users to use PowerBI
- Developing specific training courses and demonstrations of new or key features in PowerBI
- Helping to own the licence process to allocate specific feature licences
- Acting as the technical contact for the software vendor
- Building prototype solutions to help analytical teams demonstrate the tools capability
- Working with the PO to create user stories with agreed definition of done.
Lead Power BI Developer will be acting as an expert resource, developer, consultant and trainer for the PowerBI visualisation tool to help empower business users to build their own reporting solutions. Supporting the ownership of the software licensing, capacity management, configuration and access control processes.
Requirements:
- Experience of BI report development, visual reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards
- Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data
- Analytical thinking and storytelling to translate data into informative reports and visuals
- DAX query experience, and advanced level calculations
- Experience in PowerBI workspace administration
- Experience in the design methodology of PowerBI to pre-create datasets that hide the complexity of the data model
- Configuration and management of PowerBI tenants, including licence management, capacity management and sizing
- Multi-stakeholder management skills
- A results-oriented mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for data
- Confident and concise communication skills, articulating technical features to non-technical users.
