Dolphin A1 Group is a unique recruitment organisation that helps self-employed persons to get sent temporary (posted) from the country of residence to other EU members states or countries mainly in Europe. The organisation deals with applicant for vacant positions and the customers who need the workforce.
We are now in the process of replacing our key person for the Polish market that we started in 2004 and is under new expansion. We are now searching for
Key Co-ordinator Polish market
The task includes
• posting adds on web sites
• dealing with applicants to vacant position
• liaising with recruitment manager and the management team
• developing the business in Polish including network of external agents
• assisting Polish members travelling to/from assignment
