Key Account Director (FX Strategy & Sales)

Job Location: Warsaw

 

As Key Account Director you will be responsible for:

Originating new business from customers in the Middle Market area (€50M+ turnover)

Work with the Sales team to help cross-sell products related to payments, Hedging, lending and cash management in the FX area

Learning your customers’ specific industries and how your company’s products can improve these sectors

Monitor the competition and see what products the company can consider from amongst their portfolio

Meet customers frequently to develop the company’s products and market

Work with the Country Head to develop new product offerings

Give feedback to technology and product managers in the Company about what customers need

Expand the business through increasing the level of contact in existing and new relationships

Work on being excellent at Customer Service, Written Reports, Product Knowledge, and ensure all meetings are Tracked appropriately

 

Essential skills:

Strong Financial Services sales experience and existing contacts would be an advantage

Experience working in a commercial bank selling to mid-size companies would be a benefit

Experience of the local market

Some knowledge of Compliance, KYC and Banking regulations

History of achieving and beating sales targets in order for you to be a role model to your team

Comfortable speaking to customers on the phone

Great communicator

Has shown a track record of mentoring and developing people

Has shown a track record of creating Business Plans, related tactics and working to create customer feedback from the market

Good negotiator with ability to leverage relationships

Good analytical skills

Great English is a must as the company training and mission is English
