Junior web/platform developer

The Role is:

Assisting the head coach through:

 Online platform development, adaptation and updating

 Automation of standard procedures and digital functionality

 Support on any other day-to-day issues that ensure successful functionality of the business and delivery of services to customers

Coaching & IT:

 Platform and online tools support (internal and external)

 Digitalization and automation of processes and assessments

 Website, app and platform development

 Digitalization of services and products

The requirements are:

 Detail-orientation

 Knowledge of LMS and CSS

 Knowledge of programing languages will be an asset

 Focus on innovations and improving processes

 Ability to do basic hardware and software troubleshooting

 Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken

 To be self-starter who is looking to grow their career in an entrepreneurial environment

 Strong organizational focus and time-management skills

 Interest in coaching and/or psychology will be an asset

 Motivation to learn
