Junior Recruiter (Student's status required)

We support and assist several international clients who are looking for new employees in different areas of business, such as HR services, finance and accounting, customer service, technical services, engineering, etc.

Your role will be to focus on candidate generation through networking, sourcing, researching media channels, as well as interviewing potential candidates.

You will work closely with the management team to define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies and to provide a qualified talent pool that supports our engagements. This role requires strong hiring and research understanding to provide consistently high-quality pipeline of candidates along with the excellent client relationship skills.

In praticular, you will be:
- searching for new candidates online
- posting jobs on job boards and our social media
- contacting candidates directly
- maintaining our database
- participating in our weekly meetings

- Student status
- Excellent command in English (only 1 person in the team speaks Polish)
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Good task and time management (you will be asked to work with many things at one time)
- Interest in HR field and sound knowledge of recruitment
