For our international client we are looking for a Junior Product Manager (CEE region). This position is perfect for junior level specialists with 1-2 years experience at similar positions. Responsibilities:
- Leading New Product Development and Product Launches in CEE
- Internal communication of products’ novelties in terms of their performance
- Defining Unique Selling Proposition and Product Positioning for new and existing products
- Support Marketing Department by validation of product information in communication tools (brochures, WWW content, SoMe posts)
- Coordination of product-related communication between Sales and Marketing teams
- Coordination of ‘Non-standard’ and ‘Make to Order’ products with the plants
- Responsibility for internal and external product presentations and trainings
- Support Claim Department in the scope of information on product properties and performance.
- Follow up on sales performance by product categories and investigate business opportunities within each product category
- Participation in the creation of a marketing strategy for a specific flooring products and segments
- Participate in Collection Meeting to present collective CEE standpoint, feedbacks and needs
- Maintaining relationships with customers and analysing their needs
Experience:
- Completed studies in the field of marketing/product management or during graduation in marketing/product managemen
- Technical knowledge of the floor installation process will be an advantage
- Experience in presentations
- Spoken and written English on B2 level
