Junior Payroll Specialist

For one of our Clients, located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for candidates for Junior Payroll Specialist position.

Responsibilities:

• Processing payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed timely, accurately,
• and in line with all regulations,
• Processing employee data changes, finalizing employee time & attendance data prior to payroll processing,
• Cooperation with HR BP, finance and external vendors,
• Taking part in audit and other common related activities once required,
• Managing registration for new employees

Requirements:

• Interest in starting career in HR Operations/Payroll area and eagerness to learn,
• Very good Excel and analytical skills, good with numbers
• B2 level in English (both written and spoken)
• Responsibility, strong organizational skills
• Previous experience is not required
