For our client we are looking for candidates, who will join Payroll Operations team which is responsible for EMEA region (50 countries) and gives the opportunity to get exposed to an international scope and provides with lots of possibilities for personal growth and development.
Junior Payroll Officer with English languageMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Processing changes in employment lifecycle (e.g. hires, promotions, terminations, Time and Attendance etc.),
Analyzing and verifying payroll data,
Cooperating with external payroll provider,
Dealing with enquiries from employees, managers and other internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner,
Building close working relationship with the Total Rewards team, HR Strategic Business Partners, in-country payroll vendors and other strategic partners,
Providing various excel files / payroll reports.
Requirements:
First experience in SSC / BPO sector or an international work environment will be a strong asset,
Fluency in English language,
Very good analytical skills,
Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
