Currently for one of our clients with offices in Warsawwe are looking for experienced specialist who would like to join International Payroll team.
What will be your duties?
In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the payroll process in collaboration with external vendors providing consulting and audit support. Your job will be to cooperate not only with external parties but also with other HR teams in order to be able to provide full scope of services (for example Global Mobility process). Since there may occur some issues and irregularities in the process you will be responsible for resolving them.
The successful candidate: needs to present very good command of analytical tools (preferably Excel), high communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in the payroll area is mandatory. Knowledge of English on C1 level is a must.
