Junior OtC Specialist with German - home office

Currently for our client from the BPO/SSC sector we are looking for talented people with foreign language skills who are ready to begin or continue their professional career in international structures.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting due receivables according to procedures,
- Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships,
- Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams),
- Handling emails & outgoing phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers),
- Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of German language (B2/C1),
- Good command of English language,
- Experience in customer service or other internships will be an asset,
- Good communication & interpersonal skills,
- Customer orientation.
