- Providing customer service to business clients
- Resolving problems with deliveries, complaints, invoices - working with SAP system (company will provide trainings, knowledge of SAP is not required),
- Ensuring Master Data.
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent German and English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in accountancy or customer service (0,5-1 year)
- Motivation to work
