- You will provide first line of support via phone to company's employees
- Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls
- Escalating more difficult problems to senior specialists.
- You will also cooperate with your colleagues and support each other
- Very good English (min C1)
- Education – any formal background will be considered
- Candidates without support experience can also apply
- Technical & customer specific training will be provided following for unexperienced candidates
- Excellent communication skills and a good phone manner
