Junior Finance Specialist
On behalf of our client, a leading global standards and certification company, we’re looking for candidates interested in the position of Junior Finance Specialist in English and French. This position is responsible for managing the billing cycle and supporting the company’s clients in France.
Your role will entail the following duties:
Billing:
• Management of the entire billing cycle covering several sectors (such as regulatory, system certification, training stream) for clients in France and abroad
• Close monitoring of contractual conditions and controls with our systems to produce accurate invoices on SAP
• Establishment of internal invoices and ad-hoc invoices as needed
Collections :
• Ensure reception of invoices on behalf of the client with appropriate validation route to get the payment according to agreed terms
• Drive consistent collections effort via phone, email, platform, post
• Diligent follow up on open aged debtor cases and continuous update of reporting tools
• Management of litigations and administrative processes
+ Administrative and accounting management along with involvement in internal controls

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt and work independently
• Fluent French and English
• Ability to work with a team in a multicultural environment and a matrix organisation
• Problem solver mindset
• Ability to produce clear summaries on various subjects
• Proficiency in Excel
• Ability to adapt quickly to the use of new accounting software and CRM tools (experience with SAP would be a plus)
