- Build and maintain close business relationship with clients from the UK
- Understanding the business and the client's needs
- Attend to day-to-day needs of existing clients including service and support
- Support the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Assist with challenging client requests
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and internal relationships
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluency on business English (C1-C2)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to conduct a dialogue with clients
- Excellent problem solving skills, solution oriented
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- No previous experience required
