An international company moving its structures to Warsaw is looking for a person for the position of Junior People & Culture Business Partner

Your new role
the person employed in this position will be responsible for: 
coordinates processes regarding employment practices in line with labour law, internal regulations, Group policies and prepare procedures within a business unit, prepares reports and analyses, verify compliance with Group policy. Support line managers in making personal decisions by providing appropriate advice. May conduct recruitment processes, training and development activities for the business unit and participates in projects to build organisational culture. Advises superiors in terms of P&C subjects supporting business goals in accordance with applicable regulations and Group policies. Processes personnel transactions in consultation with the Supervisor - e.g., changes in salaries, benefits, long-term leave, creation of new positions, job changes, management of employee departures from the company, based on P&C policies and local legal requirements. Provides reports and documents on workforce, compensation and key KPIs to ensure compliance and efficiency of HR processes within the business unit. Responsible for generating system reports and/or collecting necessary data for reports. Together with the Payroll Specialist ensures validation and coordinates the circulation of personnel documents and maintenance of personnel files for the business unit. Carries out processes related to the employment and departure of employees, e.g. extensions of employment contracts, promotions, terminations, penalties and awards, etc. cooperates with the P&C services. Ensures the onboarding process, taking care of the legal compliance of the employee documentation Prepares local procedures, work rules and ensures that they are updated in accordance with Group policies and legal requirements. Liaises with medical provider and human resource service providers. Takes part in activities related to building the organisational culture, supports internal communication and employer branding. Prepares invoices and expenses, tracks the department's expenses and their compliance with the budget. Responsible for monitoring, checking and clarifying invoices.

What you'll need to succeed
Master’s degree (preferably - human resource management) 3+ years of experience in general HR Knowledge of Polish labour law Communication skills and the ability to work with people at different levels of the organisation Ability to work in a team Excellent Interpersonal skills Organisational and analytical skills Ability to build relationships based on cooperation and trust English fluent in written and spoken Knowledge of SAP system
