Responsibilities:
- handle incoming payments from customers
- post daily sales and cost of sales
- handle customer inquiries
- create and maintain customer master data
- post goods delivery entries
- prepare inventory cycle count reports
- deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures
Requirements:
- at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- experience in accounting, Accounts receivables from a Shared Services organisation or retail company (0,5-2 years)
- very good English
- very good French or Italian
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel
- preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system
- strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- willingness to learn with can-do attitude
